Issue with Stream's Business/Pro allocation

Cloudflare experienced issues with its Stream product for Business/Pro subscribers. The problem did not affect Stream users with a dedicated Stream subscription or those on an Enterprise plan. Cloudflare identified the issue and implemented a fix. After monitoring the fix, Cloudflare resolved the incident.
