The incident began on September 30, 2024, at 07:52 US/Pacific and ended at 12:51 US/Pacific. The issue started earlier on the same day at 00:17 US/Pacific. The engineering team is currently investigating the issue and working on a solution. New collection data is not being collected, stored, or made available to users due to the issue. However, existing scans that have been completed are still accessible. An application update is being tested in the staging environment to resolve the issue. An update with current details is expected by 13:00 US/Pacific on the same day. The issue is preventing all collection scans from completing, including those already in progress and new scans for existing and newly created collections. No workaround is available at this time.
