Gemini at Work: Putting AI to work in the public sector

Google has been a pioneer in artificial intelligence (AI) for the last two decades, leveraging it to organize information and provide commercial-grade data analytics, security, and AI to the public sector. At the Gemini at Work event, Google Cloud showcased transformative AI use cases from various industries and announced several updates, including integrating the Gemini app into Google Workspace to provide virtual assistants for government employees while maintaining security and compliance. A new security advisor toolkit was also introduced, offering insights and actionable guidance tailored to organizational needs. Google Cloud's Customer Engagement AI will enhance citizen engagement by providing AI-powered chatbots in 100 languages across web, mobile, and call center platforms. The company is committed to helping public sector customers meet their missions with an integrated, enterprise-grade generative AI vertical stack. Google will continue discussing the potential of AI in the public sector at the Google Public Sector Summit on October 16 in Washington, D.C.
