While the headset's design remains similar, the display can render more pixels due to the M5 chip. The M5 also allows for refresh rates up to 120Hz and improves battery life. VisionOS has evolved with features like Spatial Personas for immersive FaceTime calls. Apple has added support for PS VR2 Sense controllers, enhancing VR gaming capabilities. Although impressive, its high price and limited content make it feel like a beta product, awaiting a more accessible and cheaper version.
