Status Report: The MindsEye Garment Flow Simulation

The MindsEye Garment Flow aims to improve the fashion design-to-sale process by layering a data-driven ecosystem over existing social commerce models. It introduces a Design Flow Token (DFT) on the Binflow Ledger, offering transparency from design to customer. Designers upload patterns creating DFTs, enabling pre-orders and automated bidding from fabric and production nodes. Manufacturing events update the ledger with production details, and customers can scan tags to view the garment's journey. A simulated example showed reduced waste, increased creator margins, and lower error rates compared to current models. A 12-month scale model suggests significant potential for job creation, royalty uplift, and CO₂ reduction. MindsEye offers economic benefits by democratizing manufacturing and operational improvements through data-driven processes. It provides environmental advantages with fabric tracking and waste reduction alongside technological traceability. Strategic integrations include Shopify and TikTok Shop plugins, partnerships with on-demand printers, and sustainability APIs for major brands. The project's rollout is planned in phases, starting in November 2025 with prototyping. The MindsEye Garment Flow transforms fashion with measurable sustainability creating a networked system where every stitch becomes a data point.
