Apple has enhanced its App Store review process by allowing developers to submit additional items concurrently with an existing review. This means developers can now submit updates for critical bugs while another app version is still being assessed. Developers can also add In-App Events or Game Center features as separate submissions. Furthermore, Apple is doubling the number of custom product pages developers can create, allowing up to 70 at any time. These custom pages can be optimized with specific keywords for better App Store discoverability. The company is also expanding offer codes to cover all In-App purchase types, including consumable, non-consumable, and various subscription models. Offer codes can be used for free or discounted in-app content for a limited time. Apple is phasing out promo codes for in-app purchases, with a deadline of March 26, 2026. Promo codes for free app downloads will remain available and existing ones will continue to function. These changes aim to provide developers with greater flexibility and promotional tools.
