Amazon SES adds HTTPS open tracking for custom domains

Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) has introduced HTTPS support for tracking open and click events with custom domains, enhancing security compliance and reducing email delivery issues. This feature allows configuring HTTPS as mandatory or optional, depending on the link protocol in the email. Previously, HTTPS was only available for click event tracking with custom domains. Now, both open and click events can be secured using a custom domain, providing a more trustworthy experience for recipients and potentially improving deliverability metrics and sender reputation.
