Tryton News: Newsletter September 2024

Tryton 7.4, scheduled for release on November 4th, includes bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features. A new sales report per promotion has been added, along with a relation from promotions to their sales. Exception handling wizards have been improved for sales and purchases. Inactive products are no longer included in sales orders, and the "Parties Associated to Sales/Purchases" entries have been removed. Payment customer updates have been re-launched for Stripe and Braintree. Shipping carriers now round up weights and measurements to two decimals, and package measurements are now read-only once closed. The favorite management has been removed from the favorite menu, and links are now grouped together based on functional scope. The widget for MultiSelection fields has been improved with checkboxes, and records are now visually removed from Many2Many fields in wizards. The CSV export dialogue remains open after exporting for ease of debugging.
