Balatro is coming to mobile, and it’s going to ruin my life

Balatro, a new game combining poker, deck-building, and roguelikes, is set to release on iOS and Android later this month. It's a standalone purchase and will also be available on Apple Arcade. The game has been a hit on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch since its February launch. Balatro's unique gameplay involves magical tarot cards and special Jokers that can change your strategy. It features a synthwave soundtrack, trippy animations, and a retro CRT filter. The game offers tutorials and help pop-ups for those unfamiliar with poker. Balatro will be available on Android and iOS on September 26, priced at $10 or free for Apple Arcade subscribers. It can also be played on iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Vision Pro. Another game, NBA 2K25 Arcade Edition, is coming to Apple Arcade on October 3, featuring The Neighborhood and a revamped Greatest Mode.
