Russia-related Designations; Issuance of Russia-related General License

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is issuing Russia-related General License 108, "Authorizing Limited Safety and Environmental Transactions Involving Certain Blocked Persons or Vessels." In addition, OFAC has made the following changes to its SDN List.
