Amazon GameLift Streams adds AWS Health notifications for aging resources

Amazon GameLift Streams now integrates with AWS Health for improved stream group management. This integration provides automated notifications regarding the lifecycle of stream groups by notifying customers about aging stream groups. Customers will receive timely reminders about re-creating their stream groups. These notifications begin as early as the 45th day after stream group creation. Stream groups over 180 days old will be restricted from adding new applications, enforcing security. Stream groups automatically expire after reaching 365 days, ensuring resource hygiene. The service helps customers maintain resource health. Reminders are sent at the 45th, 150th, and 335th days. This feature is free and available in all supported regions.
