DJI’s Neo 2 selfie drone has LiDAR for obstacle avoidance

DJI has introduced the Neo 2, an updated selfie drone. The Neo 2 boasts significant improvements over its predecessor, including advanced obstacle avoidance with LiDAR sensors. Enhanced gesture controls provide ease of use for quick selfie videos. The drone's maximum speed has been increased, alongside improved handling in challenging weather. Battery life has been extended to 19 minutes thanks to a larger battery. The camera features a dual-axis gimbal for enhanced stability. The camera can capture 4K footage at 60 FPS, and up to 100 FPS in manual mode. Additional internal storage is available, but the drone is slightly heavier. The Neo 2 is currently only available in China, with a price similar to the original.
