ESG Copilot

ESG Copilot, built for the Auth0 for AI Agents Challenge, is an autonomous AI system helping SMBs with ESG compliance. It tackles the problem of expensive, complex, and time-consuming manual ESG reporting by automating the process using AI agents. The system researches regulations, collects ESG data, calculates emissions, and generates reports in various formats, all secured by Auth0. Auth0 is used to authenticate users, control API access via Token Vault, and limit data access using FGA Store for fine-grained authorization. Five distinct AI agents handle regulation research, data collection, emissions calculation, report generation, and user question answering using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). The system offers role-based access control, ensuring users only access authorized data and functionalities. Users like company admins, consultants, auditors, and regulators have varying access levels and agent execution permissions. Auth0's features like Universal Login, JWT tokens, and Actions enhance the security and traceability of agent actions. The FGA store enables real-time authorization checks, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
