Rode's latest wireless microphones now work with digital cameras

Rode releases the Wireless Micro Camera Kit for enhanced audio recording with digital cameras. The kit includes two microphones, a transmitter, and a portable charging case. A cold shoe mount and AMOLED screen are integrated into the receiver for configuration and monitoring. The kit addresses user feedback and competes with products like DJI's Mic Mini. Bluetooth Direct Connect allows microphone connectivity to iOS devices via the Rode Capture App. The kit offers up to 21 hours of battery life with the charging case. A first-generation USB-C smartphone receiver is included as a bonus. Users can output audio via USB-C or a 3.5mm line-in. Furry windscreens are provided for outdoor recording in challenging weather. The Wireless Micro Camera Kit is now available for purchase at $149.
