We finally have a real-deal trailer for Stranger Things season five

The fifth and final season of Stranger Things has a new trailer, released after a long wait since season four. This trailer reveals a high-stakes, emotionally-driven season, significantly toning down the humor of previous seasons. Set primarily in Hawkins, the trailer depicts the gang trapped and facing the return of Vecna, the season's primary antagonist. Will seems to be a key target for Vecna's wrath, as seen in a frightening scene. The season's release is not a single drop; it's split into three installments. The first portion will premiere on November 26, followed by another on December 25, with the finale airing on December 31 in theaters. Season five is expected to finally explain the origins of the Upside Down, a major mystery from the show. While the main series concludes, the Stranger Things franchise will continue with planned spinoffs. The Duffer Brothers, the original series creators, will not serve as showrunners for the upcoming spinoffs. They have recently signed a deal with Paramount.
