Eviction Strategies Tool Released

CISA has launched the Eviction Strategies Tool to aid cyber defenders. This tool offers crucial support during incident response containment and eviction phases. It comprises two key components: the Cyber Eviction Strategies Playbook Next Generation (Playbook-NG) and COUN7ER. Playbook-NG is a web-based application designed for advanced operations. COUN7ER functions as a database of atomic post-compromise countermeasures. These countermeasures can be implemented based on adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures. Collectively, Playbook-NG and COUN7ER enable the creation of a systematic eviction plan. This plan utilizes specific countermeasures to effectively contain and remove adversarial intrusions.
