The Stable channel has been updated to version 131.0.6778.139/.140 for Windows and Mac, and 131.0.6778.139 for Linux. This update includes three security fixes, one of which was contributed by external researchers. A full list of changes in this build is available in the Log. The security fixes include a high severity type confusion in V8, reported by Seunghyun Lee, and a use after free in Translate, reported by lime from TIANGONG Team of Legendsec at QI-ANXIN Group. The update also includes various fixes from internal audits, fuzzing, and other initiatives. Many of these security bugs were detected using tools such as AddressSanitizer, MemorySanitizer, and libFuzzer. Users can switch release channels by following the instructions provided.
