The Flame Fatales 2025 speedrunning event includes Blue Prince, Hades 2 and Clair Obscur runs

Flame Fatales, an all-women and femmes speedrunning marathon, has announced its schedule for this year's event, taking place from September 7-14. The event is operated by the Games Done Quick organization and will feature over 50 speedruns. One of the highlights is an Any% run of Hollow Knight, which will be completed one-handed by SawaYoshi in around 45 minutes, a feat that typically takes 27 hours. Other notable runs include a "B Quest Bingo" run of Blue Prince, a puzzle game with heavy randomization, and Any% runs of Neva, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and New Super Mario Bros. The event will also feature speedrunning staples like Celeste and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Bonus runs include the first act of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and all regions of Hades II, as well as a unique Stardew Valley finale. This year's event is being held in support of the Malala Fund, a non-profit that promotes girls' education worldwide. The event will be livestreamed on the GDQ Twitch channel. Flame Fatales is one of several speedrunning marathons throughout the year, including Frost Fatales and the more well-known Awesome Games Done Quick and Summer Games Done Quick.
