The trailer showcases the game's over-the-top action, ridiculousness, and bloodshed. Clockwork Revolution is set in 1895 in Avalon, a place ruled by Lady Ironwood, who has caused damage that the player must fix. The player takes on the role of Morgan Vanette, a customizable character who must use tactics against Lady Ironwood to turn back time. The game involves time travel, which means the butterfly effect will be in play. The trailer is over 5 minutes long and shows the game's action-packed gameplay. Despite the new trailer, there is still no release date for the game. However, it is confirmed that Clockwork Revolution will be released on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox PC, Steam, and Xbox Cloud. The game will also support Xbox Play Anywhere and will be available through Xbox Game Pass.
