Wellness Planning Made Easy: Diet, Exercise & Smart Scheduling

The planner takes user input on dietary and workout details and provides a personally curated plan in a Google document. The plan is tailored to the user's routine and wellness goals, and schedules events in the user's Google calendar to alert them. The planner was tested with a demo run, and the results can be seen in a Google calendar screenshot and a Google Doc. The user input form asks for details such as age, gender, height, weight, primary goal, occupation, and diet type. It also asks about food allergies, meal frequency, caffeine and alcohol habits, and current workout routine. The planner's tasks include designing a weekday and weekend diet and exercise plan, including video links for recommended exercises. The plan also sets small milestone goals with daily, weekly, and monthly checkpoints for progress tracking. The full plan is presented in a well-structured Google Doc, and Google Calendar alerts are set up for meals, workouts, and check-ins for one week, categorized by importance. The planner aims to provide a comprehensive and personalized plan to help users achieve their wellness goals.
