Updated agreements and guidelines now available

Apple has updated its Developer Program License Agreement and App Review Guidelines. The License Agreement includes revisions in sections concerning data privacy, ID Verifier APIs, and Declared Age Range API usage. It also covers Wi-Fi Aware, TelephonyMessagingKit, Default Dialer APIs, EnergyKit, Foundation Models, and iCloud Extended Share APIs. Furthermore, the Agreement modifies language on Bitcode, TestFlight, icon customization, Apple Games, and map distribution in China. The App Review Guidelines changes include the deletion of language regarding shared subscriptions and the relocation of language related to user incentives. Clarifications have been made on licensing requirements for financial apps. A new guideline addresses user incentives, allowing developers to encourage specific actions within their apps. Developers are required to accept the updated Developer Program License Agreement. Translations of the guidelines will be available soon on the Apple Developer website.
