The Stable channel of Google Chrome has been updated to version 134.0.6998.88/89 for Windows and Mac, and 134.0.6998.88 for Linux. This update will roll out over the coming days and weeks. The update includes five security fixes, contributed by external researchers, which address issues such as type confusion in V8, out of bounds write in GPU, use after free in Inspector, and out of bounds read in V8. The security fixes were reported by researchers from Excello s.r.o., Zhenghang Xiao, Sakana.S, and zeroxiaobai. The update also includes fixes for other issues that were identified during the development cycle. Google Chrome thanks all security researchers who worked with them to prevent security bugs from reaching the stable channel. Users can switch to a different release channel if they wish, and can report any new issues they encounter. The community help forum is also available for users to seek help or learn about common issues.
