To view Raindrop bookmarks on the new tab page, we need to create a Chrome extension. Brave browser provides an option to set a custom new tab URL, but Chrome does not. We start by installing the Raindrop extension from the Chrome store and signing in to our Raindrop account. We then pin the extension and open the Raindrop app, where we select the folder we want to open on our new tab page. We copy the link to the clipboard and then create a new Chrome extension to set this link as our new tab page. We create a new folder and a file called manifest.json, where we paste the code that tells Chrome to open the Raindrop link on the new tab page. We also create an empty file called index.html in the same folder. We then install the extension in Chrome by loading the folder containing the two files. Once installed, our Raindrop bookmarks will show up on our new tab page.
