Homemade pad Thai too tangy/sour

I cooked down tamarind concentrate to a paste as that is what the recipe called for. Did that make it even more concentrated sour? I made a huge serving so I do not want to throw it out. What can I do to help with the flavor? Recipe called for: 2tbs tamarind paste 2tbs fish sauce 2 tbs brown sugar 2.5 tsp of oyster sauce submitted by /u/CurlyGirlMissy
