What happens when you freeze raw meat in hard liquor?

I was just about to take a nap when this dumb scenario popped into my head and now I need to know. Hard liquor doesn't freeze in a freezer, meat does. What would happen if you put meat in a bag and filled it with vodka or something and left it in the freezer? Would the meat freeze?
