I have a whole bunch of evaporated (not condensed) milk in my pantry. I looked it up and that if I wanted to use it for cooking/baking I can add water back to it.
Evaporated milk is just regular milk with half of it's water gone. So just add an equal part of evaporated milk and water to get regular milk.
