To the Editor Dr Simon and colleagues’ Viewpoint proposed the creation of a Yellow Book for medical device patent transparency. The concept of a publicly accessible device patent database is compelling and could meaningfully advance research, regulatory oversight, and market transparency. However, I respectfully suggest reconsideration of the proposed title.
