Feasibility and safety profile of intratumoral administration of a DC vaccine overexpressing CCL21 (CCL21-DC) have been previously reported in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Here the authors report safety, clinical outcomes and immunological correlates of a phase I trial of CCL21-DC in combination with anti-PD1 pembrolizumab in patients with advanced NSCLC.
