A CMOS-compatible, scalable and compact magnetoelectric spin-torque microwave detector

The monolithic integration of a magnetoelectric antenna with a magnetic tunnel junction yields a device that converts electromagnetic waves into a d.c. voltage at sub-microwatt power levels, achieving a wireless detection sensitivity exceeding 90 kV W−1.
