Lysosome-targeting protein degradation strategies leverage the lineage–specific receptors to improve selectivity towards cancer cells. Here this group develops a KRAS-mutated tumor targeting chimeras that hijacks the enhanced macropinocytosis in KRAS-MT cells for mutation-specific protein degradation thereby achieving anticancer effects.
