To the Editor We read with great interest the recent study that evaluated inhaled sevoflurane for sedation in patients with moderate to severe ARDS. Although this study is a valuable contribution to the ongoing search for optimal sedation strategies in critically ill patients, we would like to offer several observations about the interpretation of the findings.
