Amazon Japan Store offers authentic kitchen tools from Japanese artisans

I just spent way too much time browsing Amazon's Japan Store. It's dangerous for anyone who gets excited about well-made office products, tools, toys, and home goods you usually can't find in the United States. The store curates products directly from Japanese companies and artisans, and the kitchen section is my favorite.
