Any info on traditional döner toppings common in Germany?

My husband and I used to frequent a döner kebap place in Rodenbach, Germany about 13 years ago and I am trying to recreate that now. I need help finding recipes for the sauces that are traditionally put on döner. I don't know what it was called except one was referred to as garlic yogurt, and another as spicy yogurt. And I remember the veggie toppings like cabbage and cucumber, but was anything put on them or was it just plain raw veg? I can't attach pictures, but you can see a picture of the toppings/sauces at this link. This is the same place, but only the name has changed since we were there.
