Anyone here cooking with the Anova Wi-Fi sous vide?

I am curious about getting into sous vide. The Anova Precision Cooker 3.0 has Wi-Fi and an app that supposedly makes everything foolproof. Has anyone here used it longterm? Is it worth the hype compared to just using a pot and thermometer? submitted by /u/Sufficient-Tea6016
