Apple Adds More 2026 Macs and Studio Display 2 to Refurbished Store
Apple's refurbished store now includes several products originally released in March 2026, expanding beyond the previously reported MacBook Neo. New additions in the U.S. and Canada encompass the M5 MacBook Air, M5 Pro/Max MacBook Pro models, and the second-generation Studio Display. The high-end Studio Display XDR also made a brief appearance in the Canadian refurbished store. A notable error in the listings incorrectly attributes an XDR display to the standard Studio Display. With recent price hikes on new Macs, many refurbished models now cost what their brand-new equivalents did just yesterday. For example, the M5 MacBook Air refurbished model starts at $1,099, matching its prior new price. However, the Studio Display, which did not see a price increase, offers significant savings, with refurbished models starting at $1,229 compared to $1,599 new. These refurbished listings have also appeared in various other international regions. Apple assures that refurbished products undergo rigorous testing, cleaning, and inspection, backed by a one-year warranty and AppleCare+ eligibility. Refurbished devices from Apple are considered by many to be virtually identical to new ones.
