Apple Introduces New iPad Air With M4

Apple has launched a new iPad Air featuring the M4 chip, offering significant performance improvements. The M4 iPad Air is notably faster than its predecessors, up to 30% faster than the M3 model and 2.3 times faster than the M1 model. It supports fast wireless and cellular connectivity with N1 and C1X chips and Wi-Fi 7 technology. The new iPad Air retains the same starting prices as the previous generation, starting at $599 for the 11-inch model. Education pricing is also available, with the 11-inch model starting at $549. Pre-orders begin on Wednesday, March 4th, with availability starting March 11th. The new iPad Air maintains a similar design, including the same color options, as the previous generation. A notable difference is the increased RAM, with the new models featuring 12 GB RAM, up from 8 GB in the M3 models.
