Apple Raises Prices on Most Products by 15–25 Percent, but Not iPhones, Watches, or AirPods

Apple briefly took down its online store for typical new product announcements. Upon reopening, prices for Mac computers increased by approximately 15% to 20%. iPad prices saw a rise of 15% to 25%. The base MacBook Air increased by $200 to $1,299, and the base MacBook Pro by $300 to $1,999. The entry-level MacBook Neo went up $100 to $699. The iPad Air's price rose $150 to $749, and the iPad Pro increased by $200 to $1,199. iPhone prices remained the same, but Apple indicated further increases are possible. The company cited unprecedented and rapid component price hikes as the reason for these adjustments. Even the Vision Pro's price increased by 6%, from $3,500 to $3,700. The MacBook Neo at its previous $500-$600 price point represents the lowest Apple has ever sold a MacBook.
