Apple Seeds First Beta of iOS 18.6 to Developers

Apple has released the first betas of iOS 18.6 and iPadOS 18.6 to developers for testing, coming over a month after the release of iOS 18.5 and iPadOS 18.5. The updates can be downloaded from the Settings app on compatible devices. The iOS 18.6 update may bring Apple Intelligence to China for the first time, partnering with Alibaba and Baidu for AI features, although regulatory hurdles may have delayed this. There are no other known new features expected for iOS 18.6, as Apple shifts its focus to iOS 26, which is currently in beta testing and set to be released in September.
