Apple Seeds watchOS 27 Beta 3 to Developers
Apple has released the third beta of watchOS 27 to developers, two weeks after the previous release. Developers can download this update via the Watch app on their iPhone, provided they have a developer account. For installation, the Apple Watch must be on its charger, connected to Wi-Fi, and have at least 50 percent battery. This beta is compatible with all Apple Watch models except the Apple Watch Ultra 3. The major new feature is Siri AI, an enhanced conversational assistant with access to world knowledge and personal data. Using Siri AI requires an iPhone 15 Pro or later that supports Apple Intelligence. The update also introduces a new dynamic app grid, improved Smart Stack suggestions, and the ability to find a parked car. Users can also expect pinned messages, noise alerts, and updated identity and transit cards. Liquid Glass has been improved for better legibility, and Workout Buddy now functions independently of an iPhone with new metrics. A new all-in-one Find My app with Precision Finding capabilities has been added, alongside performance optimizations for better battery life.
