Apple Shares Photos Shot on iPhone Duo
Apple showcased the photographic capabilities of the new iPhone Duo on Instagram through a curated gallery. Six striking images, captured by photographers Jake Michaels and Jason Nocito, highlight the device's camera system. This project was commissioned by Apple to demonstrate what the iPhone Duo can achieve. The iPhone Duo boasts an impressive four-camera setup. It features a 48-megapixel Fusion Main camera and a 48-megapixel Ultra Wide camera on the rear. For selfies, it offers a 12-megapixel Center Stage camera on the outer display and an under-display front camera. Notably, the absence of a dedicated telephoto lens is a potential drawback for some users. Although it offers "optical-quality 2× Telephoto" through its main camera, this is less advanced than the zoom capabilities of Pro models. Despite this, the shared photos effectively demonstrate the iPhone Duo's potential for high-quality photography. Pre-orders for the iPhone Duo are set to begin on Friday, October 16, at 5 a.m. Pacific Time.
