Available today: GPT-5.3 Instant in Microsoft 365 Copilot

Microsoft is integrating OpenAI's GPT-5.3 Instant into Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio. This upgrade enhances Copilot's ability to provide more accurate, expressive, and helpful responses, improving everyday conversations. GPT-5.3 Instant improves web-based information synthesis, delivering more relevant and focused answers. Microsoft 365 Copilot users with licenses will receive priority access to the improved model. The rollout of GPT-5.3 Instant begins immediately for licensed users and standard access users. GPT-5.3 Instant is available as "GPT‑5.3 Quick response" in Copilot Chat. It is also available as "GPT‑5.3 Chat" in Copilot Studio for agent makers. Users can test GPT-5.3 Instant with specific prompts, such as generating a work update for a team. Microsoft plans to refine the experience based on user feedback. The integration of GPT-5.3 Instant aims to transform work with improved AI-powered assistance.
