Birria shepherds pie

So im going to try a birria Shepards pie to use up some freezer stuff. I have the birria and mash and will get some veg. I want to use a condensed cream soup and my goto for pretty much everything is mushroom but would like some other suggestions to what might go good with my concoction. submitted by /u/dilutedpurity
