Oct 14, 06:45 UTC Investigating - Cloudflare is investigating an issue with our Bot Management Cookie. Customers may experience unexpected __cf_bm cookies in requests for all request paths, instead of the expected / path. This does not impact Cloudflare Bot Management mitigations but may cause unexpected results depending on customer application configuration. The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
