CES 2026: SwitchBot Announces Household Robot, Matter Smart Lock and More

SwitchBot has announced the Onero H1, an AI robot designed to perform various household chores by learning and adapting to different tasks. This robot features a rolling base, a tube-shaped body, and flexible arms, enabling it to grasp, push, open, and organize objects. It utilizes visual perception, depth awareness, and tactile feedback for precise interaction with its environment. The Onero H1 is intended to complement existing SwitchBot robots, such as their smart vacuums, and will be available for pre-order soon. Alongside the Onero H1, SwitchBot unveiled the AI MindClip, a voice-activated knowledge engine that records and summarizes conversations, creating searchable personal knowledge bases and to-do lists. This device aims to function as a "second brain" for users, with a subscription service providing on-demand access to past discussions. SwitchBot also introduced the Lock Vista Series, a new line of Matter-compatible smart locks featuring facial recognition for hands-free unlocking. The Lock Vista Series includes DualPower and DualBackup systems for reliable operation, with a Pro version also offering palm vein recognition. Additional products showcased include the SwitchBot Weather Station with an e-ink display and the Obboto, an expressive AI-powered globe light with customizable light animations and music visualization.
