Roche announced Nina Schwab-Hautzinger as the new Head of Group Communications, effective February 1, 2026. She will also become a member of the enlarged Corporate Executive Committee. Schwab-Hautzinger returns to Roche from BASF, where she served as Head of Corporate Communications and Government Relations. Previously, she spent thirteen years at Roche in various communications leadership roles. She holds degrees from the University of Mannheim, the University of Waterloo, and a doctorate from the University of Zurich.
