CISA Releases Thirty-Two Industrial Control Systems Advisories
CISA released thirty-two Industrial Control Systems advisories on August 14, 2025. These advisories provide crucial information regarding current security issues, vulnerabilities, and exploits affecting ICS. A significant portion of these advisories, twenty-nine in total, focus on various Siemens products. These impacted Siemens systems include software like SIMATIC RTLS Locating Manager, COMOS, and Engineering Platforms, as well as hardware components such as SIPROTEC 5 and RUGGEDCOM devices. The advisories also cover Siemens' SINEC OS, its traffic analyzer, and simulation tools like SIMOTION SCOUT. Additionally, several Rockwell Automation products are addressed in the advisories. These include FactoryTalk Viewpoint, FactoryTalk Linx, and Micro800 controllers. Rockwell's FLEX 5000 I/O and ControlLogix Ethernet Modules are also highlighted. Finally, an update to an advisory for Güralp Systems FMUS and MIN Series Devices was also issued.
