Coherent 2D/3D van der Waals epitaxy enables single-crystal perovskite heterostructures
A strategy for coherent epitaxy of 2D/3D van der Waals perovskite heterostructures is shown to achieve atomically sharp interfaces, enable direct visualization of ordered ligand passivation, and produce spiral structures with chiroptical activity. The method is scalable to macroscopic single-crystal thin films, establishing a versatile platform for advanced optoelectronics.
