Comcast rolls out a five-year price guarantee for new internet customers

Amid economic uncertainty, internet providers are offering long-term price guarantees. Comcast is now providing a five-year price guarantee for new Xfinity residential customers. This plan doesn't require an annual contract, offering some stability. The available plans include various speeds, with prices ranging from $55 to $105 per month. Unlimited data and a free Xfinity Gateway rental are included. Customers can use their own hardware, but that would add an extra $30 monthly. The advertised deals extend beyond the original June 23 deadline. The guaranteed price excludes installation, taxes, fees, and other charges. Customers must enroll in paperless billing and automatic payments to avoid extra fees. Comcast's promise of simplicity in the face of economic worries is a key selling point.
