CRA says it's owed $10 billion in COVID-related benefits sent to ineligible recipients

Edmonton-based country singer Patrick Masse is in a protracted battle with the Canada Revenue Agency over COVID-related benefits. He received more than $41,000, only to be later told he has to pay the money back.
