Dairylea Dunker Tubes

Hi all, I want to recreate Dairlea Dunker tubes for a dish I want to try out. The coating (milk powder, dehydrated chive and sourcream dusting) shouldn't be too difficult. But the tubes themselves are where I'm stumped. I belive they use a maize based flour recipe but other than that Im clueless. If anyone has done anything similar or knows how the he'll they do it I'd kill to know! Thanks for the help! submitted by /u/BigChast
